Update on No-Wake ZoneSteve Hemping

bulletNo wake issue is tabled for now at Jackson Township.  Both Scott and Jackson have to pass an ordinance, and so nothing is likely to occur until summer 2007.

Tom Schneiberg – made a motion that we take a vote:  “The board is charged with representing the members, and our role is to report on the desires of the members.  Therefore, we will take a vote of how many members are in favor of identifying the no-wake area with the use of buoys.”

bulletBILA will be working with Scott Township to reduce run-off through planting and other solutions.

 DNR, State, other handouts were available for lakeshore owners, and a list of helpful publications will be on the website.
